Megan Taylor Jordan is a music executive, creative strategist,and culture builder whose work lives at the intersection of storytelling, sound, and strategy. Known for her intuitive approach to artist development and her ability to move seamlessly between the creative and business sides of the industry, Megan has built a career rooted in vision, precision, and purpose.
Her journey into music wasn’t linear—after starting in law school, Megan made the bold decision to pivot, choosing passion over predictability. That leap of faith has since led to years of hands-on experience as an A&R executive, music supervisor, executive producer, and founder of VMG.
Founded in 2020, VMG is a boutique management and creative strategy company dedicated to supporting boundary-pushing music artists and fostering community across the music industry. Under Megan’s leadership, VMG has launched artist rollouts that have amassed millions of streams, secured national brand and label partnerships, executive produced original content and tours, and built a platform that continues to spotlight rising voices. VMG is not just a company—it’s a movement rooted in collaboration, creative integrity, and a deep belief that it takes a village to break an artist.
Throughout her career, Megan has overseen original music production for feature films, managed multi-city writing camps, executive produced full-length soundtracks, and secured brand and label partnerships that have propelled artists from emerging to undeniable. She has developed and executed creative campaigns that have garnered millions of streams, organized live events with hundreds in attendance, and helped build platforms and activations at major networks, including her work on specials and music programming at BET.
