Langston 2025 General Membership & Election Meeting

​Description:​

Election of new officers and vote on proposed amendment to Bylaws will take place at this meeting. Only current dues paid members are eligible to vote and may also nominate a member for an Officer position by writing in another candidate on the ballot at the election.

Bylaws - Amended Section 2.5

​Effective January 1, 2026, the membership year shall become effective for a period of 12 consecutive months commencing from the date of payment of the membership fee. Any person who fails to renew their membership upon expiration of the 12-month period shall not be considered in good standing and shall not be qualified to exercise any right or privilege of membership.
