Ravyn Neal is the Founding Partner of The Law Office of Ravyn Neal, APC, an all Black, women-led firm she launched seven years ago with a mission to protect, guide, and empower underrepresented creatives. A passionate advocate and visionary, Ravyn provides expert legal counsel to multihyphenate creatives, producers, entrepreneurs, and minority-owned businesses across music, television, film, and multimedia.
Known for her relational approach and deep industry insight, Ravyn has successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar film financing deals, scaled over a dozen Black-owned law firms, and overseen legal and operational strategy for award-winning productions and live events—including serving as the Head of Business & Legal Affairs for Compton Fest, a city-sanctioned cultural festival now generating over $100K in community revenue.
Ravyn represents a dynamic roster of singers, songwriters, and producers across genres including pop, Afro-pop, country, soul, K-pop, rock, and R&B—giving her well-rounded insight into the inner workings of the music industry from multiple cultural and creative perspectives. Her client collaborations include notable names such as Kyle Kuzma, Jalen Green, D’Angelo Russell, DeMar DeRozan, and Bobby Shmurda.
Ravyn’s career began in television at The Mark Gordon Company, BET, and Dick Clark Productions. Today, she empowers clients to build generational wealth through diversified income streams, creative freedom, and business scalability. She’s successfully closed deals with industry leaders such as Disney, Sony, FX, Cash Money Records, Google, The Orchard, Starz, Adidas, and the United Negro College Fund, among others.
Deeply driven by compassion, Ravyn is a true partner to her clients—helping them believe in what’s possible and turning their creative vision into sustainable success. She is also a founding board member of The McKenzie Pantry Foundation, Inc., a member of the Recording Academy, BESLA, and Black Women Lawyers Association.
